Week 7

Procedure

Today, I had learned in the afternoon because my professor busy in the morning.

She assigned us answered homework last week, it’s about “Budapest” and “Prague”

Budapest is the Hungarian capital, is situated on the glorious Danube River in western Hungary.

Prague is city in Europe, it’s most famous for its Gothic and Baroque building styles.

When we did exercise about “Budapest” and “Prague” finished, my professor began new lesson, which is “Procedure” She opened video about how to make omelette with cheese. It’s look delicious and I felt hungry when I watched this video. She assigned us wrote words to hear in video, I wrote words less because I listened not to catch up.

After that, she opened video about how to make a Banana Shake, when I saw then I want to make like this video.

My professor assigned us did exercise about how to omelette with cheese. Then, she opened video about how to make Banana Cake and answered questions.

Finally, she assigned do homework and make video about cooking procedure for presentation.

I felt very happy because I enjoy cooking.

Descriptive

Week 6

Descriptive

Today, I had A Discourse Approach in Reading in the morning. I learned about “Descriptive” which it’s new lesson.

My professor opened clip video to us watching. Then she began new lesson. Text was learned today it’s “Komodo Dragon (Varanus Komodoensis) She assigned us made group and translated this text for did exercise.

Komodo Dragon is a giant monitor lizard found in komodo island, a small semi-arid island. The Komodo Dragon, which is called “Ora” by the local people.

I thought it look ugly and awesome, my friends thought like me. I’m sure!

After that, we did exercise by answer questions and match each word with the correct meaning. And we learned about descriptive.

Finally, my friends first group show clip role play story “Secret” and my group was second group. 

I felt happy and very fun!

Narratives 2

Today, I had still learned same lesson “Narrative” and a story “Secret” by “Tim Winton” 

My professor assigned make group then translate part 2 and summarize. After that, representative of each group came out front room for present to friends listen.

After every group present finished, My professor assigned us do exercise about a story “Secret” So put sentences in the right order to produce a summary of the second part of the story. And choose one of the verbs, then complete each sentence.

Finally, my professor assigned us to role play about this story. I felt fun and excited.
